Here's exactly what to expect on first launch.

Open the installer and drag to Applications
Standard macOS .dmg install. Windows uses a familiar Next → Next → Install flow.

Connect your email account
Gmail and Outlook use secure OAuth - no password stored. For IMAP accounts, use an app password.

Pick your AI model
TurboMail detects your GPU and RAM automatically, then recommends the right model. The download happens in the background.
